I had the good fortune to work with Caroline for 13 years. She was the warmest most welcoming individual I ever met. If you had a client come in to Dow, the first thing they usually said was who is that welcoming Lady at your reception desk. She made sure I knew where the washroom was and where to hang up my coat, asked about my travels and if I was slow to get to reception she had time to ask about their family.
