Marjorie (Maggie) Melinda (McIntosh) Peters of Sarnia passed away at the Sumac Lodge Long-Term Care Home in Sarnia on Sunday December 17, 2023, at the age of 86. Dear Mother of Laurie Lanning of Kalamazoo Michigan, Ivan (Connie) Peters of Chatham and Lois Waite (John) of Petrolia. Loving grandmother of Christine Browski, Barbara Lanning (Alex), Krista Scalia (Joe), Brittany Peters, Don Waite, Dan Waite (Charlene), and Ben Waite. Great grandmother of Skyler, Julie, Zoey, Hudson, Nash, Issac, Rowan, Paisley, Kylie, Leah and Ben. Sister of Don (Marilyn) McIntosh of Drayton, Sister-in-law of Christine McIntosh of Drayton and Rita McIntosh of Drayton. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Melinda (Fisher) McIntosh, her brothers Milton and wife Mildred, Lloyd, and Laverne, and Son-In-law Tom Lanning. A private family Funeral Service was held at McCormack Funeral Home, 254 George Street (at College Avenue) on Thursday December 21. Burial Service followed at Moore Union Cemetery, Mooretown.
