Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Monday June 27, 2022, at St Joseph’s Hospice in Sarnia, at the age of 71. Jan was the beloved wife of Geoff for 49 years. Loving mother of Annette Thompson and her husband Terry (and his two children Mark and Brian), and Valerie Boult and her husband Scott. Cherished Nanni of Aidan and Benjamin. Jan is survived by her brother Christopher Sprott. Predeceased by her parents Norman and Virginia Sprott, and her father-in-law Joseph Paradis. Jan was one of the hardest working and strongest women and will be surely remembered for her feistiness. The family want to express their sincere thanks to Janine and Pat that helped nurse at home, her care co-ordinator Aruna, and to Dr Crombeen, also to Lauren, Diane and Patti at the St. Joseph’s Hospice for their compassionate care of Jan. Cremation has taken place; A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
